By grouping your job on a "gang" with many other customers' jobs, we are able to substantially reduce the cost of Full Color Printing. Because individual attention can not be given to each piece without affecting the rest of the run, gang printing works within a "pleasing color" spectrum. This means that output will vary from run to run, and can not be reproduced precisely. Because color is objective, we are unable to guarantee your color output.

Because of limitations with the process of gangrun printing, AND the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements - the accuracy of color reproduction IS NOT guaranteed.

By placing and order with LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. you agree to this limitation.

We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. The "pleasing color" standard is an industry-wide accepted trade practice.

Repeat: Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

Exact color matching can only be achieved through an expensive and time consuming matchprint proofing process. Currently, we do not offer such a service.

Turnaround Guarantee

Although we make every intention of meeting all posted turnaround times, our turnaround is intended as an estimate and not a guarantee. We can not be responsible for mechanical malfunctions, acts of god, or other unforseen circumstances. However, by adding 1-day rush service, we guarantee that your job will ship next business day, or we will refund you 100% off your rush charge. Please contact us for more information.

Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid. Under NO conditions does LB Graph-X & Printing offer terms, or extend credit.

Because each job is created custom for the client, it can not be reused or resold. After your artwork is on a plated run ready for production., All Sales Are Final.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation.

Due to the speed of our turnaround, you may only cancel a job if it has not been placed on a run. A minimum charge of $25 is applied to jobs cancelled after artwork has been processed for print.

No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after 3pm EST of the same business day the order was placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Because shipping carriers are beyond our control, LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping.

Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point.

We will insure boxes at customers discretion and expense.

We are Not responsible for Delays or Damage incurred after your shipment has left our plant.

Proofs

Due to the speed of our turnaround and the reduced cost of our print work, LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. currently does not offer a proofing service. We expect that all clients using our online ordering system have read and understood our Terms of Service as well as our "Printing 101" guide before placing an order.

Claims

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 1 calendar day after delivery. If no such claim is made, our company and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that our performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Quotations/Estimates

Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 5 business days. An estimate not accepted within 5 business days may be void.

Accuracy of Quotes

Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. reserves the right to re-quote a job at the time of submission if the job does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based.

Right To Refuse

Our print company reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. Our print company is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to our print company for printing and/or publication.

Liability

LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. makes no other warranty and no actions or words of LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.

Electronic Manuscripts/Images

It is the client responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, and artwork. LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. Please save your work!

Indemnification

The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.

Overruns / Underruns

LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus or minus a small amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount nor is there a refund for the lessor amount. This extra amount is normally to compensate for the industry standard variable consistency in cuts or colors. In the event of an under-run, (a lessor amount) LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. will bill for the actual quantity ordered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. Therefore a box of 5000 postcards for example, may contain any amount between 4700 to 5200 postcards.

Right To Subcontract

LB Graph-X & Printing Inc. shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion.

Credit Card Billing

Your credit card bill will read "LB Graph-X & Printing Inc."

Privacy Statement

Any information we collect from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes. Your credit card information is never stored by our company.

Inkjet Proofs

Inkjet and Digital offset prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printer output. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices,and film-based proofs.
